This document defines the principles, purposes, and methods of processing and using data and information obtained from users of the website available at: https://efob.pl/en/ (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Service”), operated by HRobots sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Lublin (20-029), at Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej 3/27, registered with the District Court Lublin East in Lublin, seated in Świdnik, 6th Commercial Division, under KRS number 0000990903, NIP 7123441047 (hereinafter referred to as “HRobots”), as well as the scope of collected data. Please read this information carefully.
By accessing the Service operated by HRobots or using the Service and providing HRobots with personal data necessary to use the Service, the user accepts the terms of this privacy policy.
Policy terms
1. The administrator of the personal data of Service users is HRobots sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Lublin (20-029), at Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej 3/27, registered with the District Court Lublin East in Lublin, seated in Świdnik, under KRS number 0000990903, NIP 7123441047.
2. HRobots exercises particular diligence to ensure that all personal data of Service users is processed in accordance with the purposes for which it was collected and used in line with the scope of granted permissions (consents) and legally permitted processing areas.
3. All personal data of Service users entrusted or transferred is processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).
4. HRobots makes every effort to ensure the security of personal data processed by applying appropriate technical, organizational, and legal measures. The data is stored on properly secured servers.
5. The scope of collected data may include: first and last name, address and contact details, information related to payments for products and services offered by HRobots, as well as data originating from the computer, phone, tablet, or other device used to access HRobots services, such as IP address and browser type. Personal data is collected and processed lawfully by HRobots as necessary for the legitimate interests of HRobots and for the following purposes:
5.1 handling the Service user registration process, including authorization and granting access to Service resources;
5.2 providing electronic products and services offered by HRobots and handling inquiries and requests submitted by Service users;
5.3 contacting Service users, including for permitted informational and marketing activities and in connection with services provided by HRobots, including agreements concluded with users;
5.4 performing technical activities and resolving technical issues related to server and system administration;
5.5 ensuring the security and integrity of electronic services provided by HRobots, including fraud prevention and traffic security;
5.6 conducting statistical analyses;
5.7 storing data for archival purposes and ensuring accountability (demonstrating compliance with legal obligations).
6. Personal data may be processed automatically (including profiling), however this will not result in legal effects or significantly affect the user’s situation. Automated processing may involve analyzing and evaluating user data to tailor Service behavior to device configuration, software, and user preferences.
7. Personal data is processed based on Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR.
8. Personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with HRobots for the purpose of fulfilling agreements, including:
a. phone numbers for SMS delivery – to SMS gateway operators;
b. personal data for contract conclusion – to contract authorization service providers;
c. email addresses – to email gateway operators.
Data of debtors may be transferred to debt collection agencies, law firms, courts, and arbitration institutions. Personal data may also be shared with postal operators for traditional mail delivery, as well as with public authorities entitled to obtain such data under applicable law.
9. Personal data may be collected via website forms, direct contact, and with explicit user consent, including name, address, email, phone number, and IP address.
10. The Service uses cookies. These are small text files stored on the user’s device. Cookies help recognize devices and improve navigation. The data is used solely to optimize Service functionality.
11. Cookies may be used for statistical purposes, traffic measurement, session management, and storing user preferences.
12. Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
13. Personal data may be stored:
a. account-related data – for the duration of the agreement and up to 10 years thereafter;
b. marketing data – until consent is withdrawn, with archival retention of at least 5 years;
c. tax and accounting data – for at least 5 years;
d. data required for legal claims – until no longer necessary.
