Scanning

  • Documents (personnel and employee records) undergo a scanning process in which they are converted from paper to digital format.
  • During scanning, appropriate settings such as resolution and file format are applied to ensure the highest possible image quality.

Cloud visibility

  • Once the scanning process is completed, digital copies of documents are stored in the secure eFOB cloud.
  • Each document is properly indexed and described to enable easy searching and identification.

Document archiving and ZIP file delivery

  • If required by the client, digital copies of documents can be packaged and delivered as a ZIP archive.
  • The client receives a ZIP file for download, allowing quick and easy access to their digitized documents.

Employee access (optional)

  • After the digitization process is completed, the client’s employees may gain access to their documents via the cloud platform.
  • With appropriate security measures and permissions in place, employees can view, download, or upload documents in a simple and secure manner.
