eFOB Platform is a modern employee documentation management system, designed with the real needs of HR, personnel, and payroll departments in mind, as well as organizations that want to safely and effectively transition to digital employee documentation.

Behind eFOB stands HRobots—a technology company founded by Tomasz Drzewiecki, an expert with many years of experience in international IT and HR projects. Our product was created in response to the specific challenges faced by organizations employing both dozens and thousands of employees.

History

From Onboarding to Intelligent Document and HR Process Management

The history of eFOB began with the need to streamline onboarding in large organizations. While working on global HR system implementations in international corporations, we saw how easily employees get lost in processes, documents, and mandatory training.

The natural next step was to organize employee documents: contracts, annexes, PIT forms, certificates, and all documentation that should always be accessible—preferably in one secure place. This is how the concept of the intelligent employee file was born, which today is the foundation of eFOB Platform.

eFOB Platform is developed based on solid technological and research foundations, in collaboration with the academic community. We use Microsoft Azure cloud solutions and are participants in the Microsoft for Startups program, allowing us to scale the product and meet the highest data security standards.

Information security is key to us at every stage of working with documentation. Therefore, when designing and developing our solutions, we operate based on the best information security management practices and the ISO/IEC 27001 standard, which serves as a reference point for our processes, system architecture, and work organization.

Our solution functions both as eFOB Platform and Symfonia eFile, available in the Symfonia ecosystem. We collaborate with companies in the manufacturing, outsourcing, accounting, IT sectors, as well as large organizations and public institutions.
